Return Policy

RETURNS

Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned at the owner’s expense. Return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your packing slip in your return. Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled.

Returnable Items:

- Items purchased at regular price
- Items that have not been worn or washed.
- Smoke and stain free.


Non-returnable Items:

- Items worn or washed
- Items that smell of perfume or cigarette smoke.
- Items with deodorant or dog hair.
- Sale items.
- Bodysuits, shoes, and swimwear
- ** Items purchased with store credit or discount code.


Exchanges:

Exchanges can be requested on the return/packing slip only and will only be filled if the
item is still available. If the item is unavailable a store credit will be issued.

* please note we only accept 5 returns per year per customer!

Store credit is issued through an email.
